Usage
Mix 2 scoops (15 g) into 375-450ml of cold water. Full cream milk may be used, this will increase the total protein to 43 g. Mix4 scoops (300g) with 750-900ml water (divided between 2 small shakers). Full cream milk may be used, this will increase the total protein to 86g. Take once daily or in divided servings. Use as a recovery drink post-training and/or in-between meals.
