Shipping Method
All orders from Conflicted Clothing are shipped via PAXI, a reliable and affordable parcel service that delivers to over 2,000 PEP stores nationwide.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery takes 7-9 business days, depending on your location and the destination PEP store.

Shipping Fee
A flat rate of R60 applies for all standard PAXI deliveries. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotionsākeep an eye on our socials and newsletter for updates!

How PAXI Works
Ā
At checkout, youāll select your preferred PEP store for collection.
Ā
Once your parcel is on its way, youāll receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
Ā
Youāll get a notification from PAXI when your order is ready for collection.
Ā
Please bring a valid ID and your tracking code to collect your parcel.
Ā
Delivery Areas
We currently only ship within South Africa using PAXI. If you're based outside of SA and would like to order, please reach out to us directly and weāll try to accommodate where possible.

Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to public holidays, high volumes during sales, or unforeseen courier issues. We appreciate your patience and are always here to assist if needed.
