Shipping Policy – Conflicted Clothing Ā  Shipping Method All orders from Conflicted Clothing are shipped via PAXI, a reliable and affordable parcel service that delivers to over 2,000 PEP stores nationwide. Ā  Delivery Timeframe Orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery takes 7-9 business days, depending on your location and the destination PEP store. Ā  Shipping Fee A flat rate of R60 applies for all standard PAXI deliveries. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye on our socials and newsletter for updates! Ā  How PAXI Works Ā  At checkout, you’ll select your preferred PEP store for collection. Ā  Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS or email. Ā  You’ll get a notification from PAXI when your order is ready for collection. Ā  Please bring a valid ID and your tracking code to collect your parcel. Ā  Delivery Areas We currently only ship within South Africa using PAXI. If you're based outside of SA and would like to order, please reach out to us directly and we’ll try to accommodate where possible. Ā  Delays & Exceptions While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to public holidays, high volumes during sales, or unforeseen courier issues. We appreciate your patience and are always here to assist if needed. Refund Policy

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Ā  Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Ā  Exchanges Need a different size or style? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order. Ā  Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at 067 265 7613 /067 880 7035, and we’ll make it right.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns Timeframe: You may return any item within 5 days of delivery. Ā  Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Ā  Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and custom pieces are non-returnable. Ā  How to Start a Return Contact us using the same method you used to order. Ā  Follow the instructions to generate your return label. Ā  Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping center (If it was shipped to you using methods such as PAXI).
